    Pål Gude Gudesen specialises in real estate, primarily in property development and commercial property. He has wide-ranging legal procedure experience gained in the land consolidation court, the district court and the court of appeal.

    In the property development sector, he advises clients running both large- and medium-scale projects in all phases of the project. He has, inter alia, conducted several cases involving the expropriation of rights-of-way and negative easements in order to achieve the rational utilisation of land. In addition, he has solid experience of construction law, and advises clients at all stages of the project process.

    In the commercial property sector, Pål advises clients on all matters pertaining to contracts and properties. He possesses special advisory expertise where contracts are concerned.

    Alongside his core areas of concentration, he has considerable experience of expropriation law. He assists in cases relating to the expropriation of commercial property and has, moreover, advised reindeer grazing districts in connection with expropriations in favour of major infrastructure and electrical power developments, including high-voltage transmission lines, hydroelectric power stations and wind energy parks.
