Carl Philip primarily assists with advice and disputes relating to real estate, including contract law and company law disputes, construction, the Residential construction act, the Alienation act, the Owner’s Section Act, the Act relating to owner-tenant, administrative law and the Planning and building act as well as appraisal process and rights issues.
