    Christian Bugge has extensive experience as a consultant for property operators, public operators and private individuals in connection with property development, building matters, development, and operation / management of property.

    Christian works, among other things, with matters concerning rights / servitudes, land acquisition / expropriation, spatial planning, construction case management, development agreements, construction, including legal disputes under the NS contracts and in consumer relations, joint ownership and tenancies. He has broad legal expertise in business law from Thommessen and Dalan law firms, and special background and insight into cases where public authorities are involved, including as a long-standing lawyer for Bærum municipality. He has considerable experience with court cases, both for private individuals, businesses and public authorities.

    Christian also has special expertise in planning and building law with many years of work experience in the field from the state, municipality and as a private lawyer. He was on the board of the association Forum for planning and building law, and in 2017-2018 he was appointed as a member of Standard Norge’s committee for standardization of development agreements.
