    Christian Bugge works primarily with property development, planning and building cases, construction contracts, property rights, expropriation and cases of general contract law.

    He has a broad experience with business law, and a particular background and insight in cases concerning public authorities. He frequently conducts cases in the courts, where he represents both companies, private individuals and local authorities.

    Christian has been on the board of the Forum for Planning and Building Law, and in 2017-2018 he was a member of Standards Norway’ committee for the standardisation of property development contracts.
