Ellen Holt Skjerve

Ellen has wide experience advising clients in the implementation of estate settlements, including distribution of a deceased person’s estate, settlement after divorce and generational changes. She has also worked extensively within corporate law, particularly in relation to tax and property issues.

Furthermore, Ellen has special competence on springing power of attorney, as she wrote her Master thesis on the subject.
