Jan-Erik Nielsen has long experience and considerable expertise within most of the real estate related areas of law.
These include the conversion into sections of residential and commercial properties, establishing investment properties, questions of housing law as they relate to owner occupied housing associations and housing cooperatives, the renting of both commercial and residential properties, contract law relating to housing and commercial property etc. Furthermore, Jan-Erik has extensive experience of dispute resolution and legal procedure, and is often asked to act as an arbitrator. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway.
