Jannike has extensive experience with zoning and planning processes, development agreements, regulatory liaison, and complex building matters. She combines a strong understanding of public administration with practical experience from the private sector.

She has broad expertise in matters relating to the construction of infrastructure, land acquisition, compensation claims, expropriation, and appraisal proceedings. Jannike also advises on land restructuring, subdivision, boundary adjustments, and sectional ownership arrangements.

In addition, she provides legal counsel to property owners and asset managers on the operation and further development of buildings, including public law requirements, landlord responsibilities, change of use, heritage conservation, and technical upgrades.

Jannike regularly delivers courses and training programs for both public and private sector stakeholders within the field of real estate development.
