Johannes Andersen works primarily with taxes, equity transactions, contract law, inheritance and court procedure.
Johannes has given a number of seminars and lectures concerning taxes, generational change and reorganisations. He is the former head of the transaction dept. in KPMG Law and SANDS.
Johannes has also led several enquiry cases and projects, ia. the public mapping of trade and commerce costs for public demands / documents, whistleblowing conditions in the National Police Immigration Service, Kristiansand harbour et al.
In addition, Johannes works with guarantees in construction and according to the residential construction act.
Johannes has board experience from several Norwegian companies.
