Jon Norvald Evensen

Jon assists both business and private clients, and possesses particular expertise in the fields of generational succession, restructuring, including mergers, demergers and the purchase and sale of commercial properties. Furthermore, he is a trustee in bankruptcy in connection with the public administration of estates at the Office of the City Recorder in Oslo. Evensen is an authorised judicial mediator.
