Maria Cabrera Stråtveit

Maria has comprehensive experience of dispute resolution and legal procedure, and pleads a considerable number of cases in the courts each year. She advises clients throughout the entire legal process relating to the breakdown of a relationship, as well as taking on mediation assignments and cases representing one of the parties involved. She is also experienced working on private administration  and distribution of deceased’s estates. Maria is a lecturer and a textbook author, and published “Foreldretvister etter barneloven” (parental disputes according to the Children Act) in 2021. She is appointed as Norwegian expert for  family law at the World Bank. Furthermore, Maria is an experienced board member for both companies and foundations, and is also on the board for Dalan advokatfirma DA.
