    Tor Erlend Framstad works with property law, company law and general business law.

    Tor Erlend has particular competence within fields related to property development, contracting and property law, as well as structuring of companies and transactions. He is a board member of several corporate groups, and is resident lawyer for several contractors and developers.

    In addition, Tor Erlend is frequently used as lecturer within property, company law and insolvency / restructuring, and has experience from both the public and private sector.
